Submit clear documents
Blurry or cropped photos are the most common reason for delays. Make sure every document is fully in frame, well lit, and readable.
Match your details
The name, address, and phone on your documents should match what you entered for your business. Mismatches trigger a manual review.
Complete your profile first
A listing with services, prices, and photos already in place is easier to approve than an empty shell. Finish your profile before you submit.
What happens next
Most merchants are verified within two business days. If we need anything else, you will get a message in your dashboard — reply there and we will pick it straight back up.
