How to reduce no-shows
Practical ways to keep your calendar full and cut down on customers who never arrive.

No-shows quietly eat into your revenue: the slot is blocked, the customer never arrives, and you cannot rebook in time. A few small habits make a big difference.
Send reminders
Automated reminders before the appointment are the single most effective fix. A short message the day before, and again a few hours ahead, keeps your booking top of mind.
Take an advance
Even a small advance changes behaviour. When a customer has paid part of the amount, they are far more likely to show up — and your cancellation policy covers you if they do not.
Make rescheduling easy
Many no-shows are really failed reschedules. If a customer can move their booking in a couple of taps, they will do that instead of simply not turning up.
Track your repeat offenders
Your dashboard shows booking history. If a customer repeatedly fails to arrive, you can ask for a larger advance next time.
