Making the most of customer reviews
Reviews are free marketing. Here is how to earn more of them and respond well.

Reviews are the first thing many customers read before booking. Treating them well is one of the cheapest ways to grow.
Ask at the right moment
The best time to ask for a review is just after a great experience, while the customer is still happy. A gentle prompt after completion works far better than one sent days later.
Reply to everything
Respond to positive reviews with a genuine thank-you, and to negative ones calmly and constructively. Future customers read your replies as closely as the reviews themselves.
Learn from the pattern
One bad review is noise; three about the same thing is a signal. Use the pattern to fix what is actually costing you bookings.
Never fake it
Invented reviews are easy to spot and destroy trust the moment they are found. Earn them honestly — they are worth far more that way.
